The Hospitality Committee has been re-born and is active!

The committee members are: Mary Jane Cole, Carolan Weaver, Adam Simmons, Camille Hatcher, Pati Jones, Bev Helton, Diane Landmesser, and Bill Schernikau.

We’ve seen the phrase “all-inclusive” used time after time to indicate a great find for the consumer. What does this phrase mean to us at St. Theodore’s? To me it means what our church should be for anyone who walks through our doors.

Do you remember your first visit to our church? My hope is that it was a warm and welcoming experience. A warm welcome is the gift all of us can give to our newcomers and those yet to arrive. Our newly formed Hospitality Committee is just the nucleus of the anticipated expansion into a Christian mission, which all parishioners may take part in.

To help make our Sunday Coffee Time a cooperative effort, the Hospitality Committee is requesting that the various church ministries, as well as couples and individuals, participate in the planning and hosting of our newly instituted Sunday Coffee Time following the 10:30 a.m. service.

When can you or your group take a turn?

Look for the sign-up sheet in the hall by the gathering area. There will be printed guidelines available outlining the process. You should plan for between 20 and 30 people. It is very simple and a joy to do. Look for the sign-up sheet on the board near the Gathering Area. . . .and thank you for wearing your name tags.
